1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Genesis, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

These terms apply to all users of Genesis, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Genesis is a decision intelligence product for LinkedIn marketing. We analyse your LinkedIn content performance against your declared goals and provide you with a Genesis Profile showing whether your results align with your intent.

The service includes:

• Genesis Profile generation and delivery
• Pattern analysis of your content
• Intent declaration and tracking
• Access to our analysis platform

3. Account Registration

To use Genesis, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Your Data

Ownership: You retain all rights to the data you upload to Genesis, including your LinkedIn exports and intent declarations.

License: By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Genesis service to you.

Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring the data you upload is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Genesis for any unlawful purpose
• Upload data that infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or copy our analysis methods
• Share your account access with others
• Use the service to harm or deceive others

6. Payment and Billing

Subscription: Genesis is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance for each billing period.

Price Changes: We may change our prices with 30 days notice. Price changes won't affect your current billing period.

Refunds: We offer a 14-day evaluation period for new subscribers. After this period, fees are non-refundable.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days notice. Upon cancellation:

• Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days unless you request an export
• No further charges will be made

8. Our Responsibilities

We commit to:

• Providing accurate, honest analysis of your content
• Protecting your data according to our Privacy Policy
• Maintaining reasonable service availability
• Responding to support requests in a timely manner

9. Limitations

No Guarantees: While we strive for accuracy, Genesis analysis is based on the data you provide and our interpretation methods. We don't guarantee specific business outcomes.

Service Availability: We aim for high availability but may occasionally need to perform maintenance or experience outages.

Liability: Our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim.

10. Intellectual Property

Genesis, including our analysis methods, software, and branding, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of Genesis without permission.

Your Genesis Profiles are yours to use as you see fit.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.

Continued use of Genesis after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
